LeadFlow AI provides lead generation, CRM, outreach, and website-creation services for businesses. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payments and Subscriptions

Fees for services and any subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts due.

SMS Communication Terms

By using the service or providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages sent via Twilio. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own contacts before sending messages through the service.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results, including lead volume, responses, conversions, sales, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, SMS, and anti-spam regulations.
  • You must obtain any consents required from your own contacts before contacting them through the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim.
